Delete Your ParkBench Account
You can request deletion of your ParkBench account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in or use the app to submit this request.
What will be deleted
- Your account and family profile, including child information and profile photos.
- Your messages, activities, attendance responses, bookmarks, saved families and searches, alerts, notification preferences, push subscriptions, reports, and feedback associated with your account.
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate administrative records. Temporary copies may remain in backups or caches until they are overwritten or expire.
Delete your signed-in account
Checking your sign-in…
Permanently deletes your household account, child information, photos, messages, plans, activities and saved data. This cannot be undone. Sign in again first if your last sign-in was more than 10 minutes ago.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage any subscription in Google Play. Deletion is not conditional on canceling.
Submit a deletion request
Enter the email address used for your ParkBench account. We will contact you at that address to verify the request before deleting data.
